The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we aim for consistent uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PCA Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
